Being a member of the Rotorua Honeybee Club enables us to not only share knowledge to assist each other but also to access expertise through guest speakers.
Our membership year runs from 1st July to 30th June.

Why should you become a member of the Rotorua Honeybee Club?
*Practical monthly meetings in season.
*Hall based Autumn & Winter monthly meetings
*No meetings in December or January.
*Bi-monthly newsletter full of information relevant to the current Rotorua beekeeping season.
*Support system if in trouble or have questions. We try to team up new beekeepers with experienced mentors.
*Meet other people with bees so you can learn & swap ideas.
*Group deals on varroa treatments, Nuc’s & hive equipment.
*Access to an extensive beekeeping library.
*Hire of the club extractors & other equipment for a nominal rental.
*Information on what is happening at a national level if you are interested.
Club funds are put towards equipment, books, room hire, bulk purchases &guest speaker remuneration.
